Funniest Airforce ad

I just caught an Airforce recruitment commercial on TV.

A couple of cops driving through the ghetto looking for some guy. Apparently the truffle sniffers had problems with their laptop. The dude told the mud rollers to reboot and hit F8 to enter safe mode. Then the commercial pans to working in the airforce.

Awesome, people out of the airforce have the capability to boot into safe mode.

Man, they sure do teach alot.

they are just showing where your aptitude could lead. That is an old commercial... when that first aired people didn’t know there was a safemode In defense.. I’m sure there was more to come once the computer was booted. But who knows, I have an old apple book that actually says to pick up and drop the computer when it acts up… He could follow the same troubleshooting philosophy... maybe defrag was next.

I would enjoy only running one mile pt tests, a measily 6 week basic training course, and 3 month maximum deployments overseas too. In AIT for the Army, there was a group of air force weenies staying in the same type of barracks as us.. only they got paid an extra $400 a month for "unstandardized living conditions". Give me a freaking break

No other military branch likes you guys, at all.

Here's the one exception to your wide gerneralism. I was a Combat Arms Specialist assigned to a Security Forces Squadron, so I lived in so called "Army" conditions. Second after working with Army troops, other then SF units, it was like the camoflaged McDonalds graduates; "You want fries with that?" There is a reason the Army has the lowest ASVAB score requirements. Third, it's the Navy everyone hates. Well, Marines hate the Army more then us by a long shot.
