Waste of money for $55 grand I could buy 5 Mint Grand Nationals and one I would use 5 grand or hell even leave it close to stock and spank that WRX in the 1/4

not in the snow or gravel you wouldn't.

i'd rather just get a regular ol' STi and a $650 Accessport for well over 320hp. you can keep the special paint and wheels.

Someone should line up a 10 grand 19 year old GN vs a 2006 WRX in a 1/4 mile run and see what happens

You cant compare a 19 year old car to a brand new car, but I bet in 20 years the GN will still have more of a following then the WRX (and be worth alot more $$ especially mine since only 1000 were made of the model I have )

I'm a Buick owner and have owned many cars in my lifetime even test drove the WRX the first week it was released then thought hmm car payment on a new car or on a used car and I bought a used truck instead

I like the WRX, but I wouldnt buy one because I wouldnt feel safe in it
I wouldnt buy one or any small car ever again

Ha on 12-18 you said it was coming out of the shop

What about the turbo kit and all the other work you put into the SVX?

"Ordered from the german company that supplied the aftermarket turbo replacements for the S4 I had. never had a problem and I happened to find a kit for the SVX fromt he same company. Richmond Performance Modifications handled the ordering and install. So feast ur eyes :-) Its only a 4psi kit but thats about as far as you can go with a stock boxer. And no intercooler unfortunately."

only if we get to line them up on a road course with turns in it, and in the snow, and mud.

how many GN's did they sell in Europe or Asia? i'm guessing it would be virtually unknown in the rest of the world, where the WRX is widely known.

i can guarantee you that the WRX is a MUCH safer car in an accident than a 1987 Buick GN. dude walked away from this accident (WRX was sandwiched between two tractor trailers):

If you read the article it actually states the guy was lucky to be alive and I bet the guy in the WRX was driving like an idiot even thought the article states otherwise

why would you make that assumption?

that's like me assuming you have a mullet, are missing teeth, and listen to Krokus because you have a GN.
