Significant Technical Input
What I find strange about them (besides their looks, or lack thereof) is that one of the first TSB's released was regarding the heater core/evaporator case replacement. It seems some bright guy decided it would be cool to mount the case to the firewall by using 12" long bolts, running vertically, below the windshield. Which means that, yes, you have to remove the windshield to replace the heater core or evaporator. They have since corrected the design error, but what interests me is that someone found out so soon after the vehicle's (we won't call it a car) release....

They kind of look like a dumpster with a fancy paint job. Too bad they're not worth that much.

John, that's much better. Just for those who don't know. 2 is a "micro meet" three to five is a Mini Meet. 6 or more is . . . FUN!!!!

Actually, they're all Fun, the amount of fun depends on the amount of cars . . . well, no, that's not true either . . . well . . . oh never mind. Forget I said anything.

OK, just read this thread and my first thought was the VW commercial where the young couple returns the "wrong" home made video to the video store . This was quickly followed up with, what am I about to be ridiculed about next on my car by you "Stock Boys" (Nick & Randy, BTW nice touch on signing one of your posts with that Aredub!)

BTW, nice photo shop John. Makes me feel like my car WAS really there after all. It was in the shop at the time having the transfer clutches replaced under warranty and I was forced to drive my VW, much to Nick's chagrin ("You should be, it's not even Japanese" if not mistaken! )

I love this place!

Todd
