Thumbs up Spring Classic numbers challenge

By now I'm sure you are all getting excited for this Saturday, but here's something more to add to the excitement:

If you'll look at the sign up list, we are getting pretty close to the big 2-0 for cars. Of course a few on the list have ? marks because they didn't actually sign up, but expressed interest. We'll have to work on them. And beyond that, if we can get just a few more, not only will we shatter all Northwest records....... or actually all records for any meet west of Indiana(!)..... but we will also hit a couple of Reading milestones:

Reading 1: 23 SVXes
Reading 5: 44 SVXes

So you see if we can get 23 SVXes together (not counting more than one of Earl's, that would be cheating), we tie the first Reading record, and show them that we can get more than half of this year's all time Reading record. Not bad for the first Spring Classic, and our region that is much more spread out and lacks the presence of all the "famous dudes".

Of course this is all still just a goal, we have a bit to go before we approach those numbers. If you know anyone that has been on the fence about coming, or has an SVX and never heard about us before, etc, etc, encourage them to come! This IS going to be a BIG meet, there ARE going to be a lot of SVXes, there IS going to be a lot of fun and something for everyone!

The parking lot of my work would be a good recruiting place. I've seen at lease 5 different svxes in the past month, and that's only the ones I've seen while walking by the window, could be many more. Its a dental professional building (they were probobly visiting thier dentist) so i'm sure they will be back. The problem is I only get one break and I eat my lunch on it so theres no way for me to get them a flyer.

Wow, if there are that many SVXes visiting that place, maybe you should get a couple of those "SVX Parking Only" signs and reserve a couple spots for them. Then, on the sign post, you have one of those weatherproof boxes like they do for real estate signs with the flyers inside.

Fence, Earl.
