Headlight Cleaning site down read only board (cant read)

i just used 1000 grit sand paper over the entire headlight for my SVX, then used automotive clearcoat (and the waterfall too)

i used 800 then 1000 grit sand paper then clearcoat for my legacy, both have clearer looking lenses

it seems to keep up fine, no evidence of clouding up again, only been about 4 months since i did those.
both were done ON CAR, with newspaper around teh headlight to prevent the clearcoat going other places

anyone know how to deline them? and what does delining them do?

btw, you can pick up a pack of 1000 up to 2000 grit sand paper (packs of 5) at kragen, along with the clearcoat
