A couple things.
When you initially turn on the blower it will likely spike kW. It will also take a second or so to spool up. That will negate your "short burst". I read in here a 450cfm rating. That's not sufficient to feed 3.3 liters, for that you'll need around 550cfm. I doubt the engine could breathe through the leaf blower, so you'll need an alternate inlet to supply air when the blower isn't running. I'm in no way trying to be a wet blanket, but this isn't going to net you any tangible gains. In fact, worst case, it will disintegrate, feeding your engine bits of plastic, and aluminum. That would be a fatal case of food poisoning, and you won't like that the EG33 pukes up.
