Former SVXer Royal Tiger in the hospital

I know Royal Tiger isn't on the forum much since he doesn't own an SVX anymore, but he was in a motorcycle accident.

Hello all,
I have some bad news - Royal Tiger (Dan) went down today, he is in Lehigh Valley Hospital now. From what little I know, he has a broken leg, liver laceration, broken ribs and a possible broken arm.

I don't know what happened, but whatever it was, happened up on Rt. 78, somewhere near Rt. 309. The State Trooper (this is input from my wife, who is at the hospital now) says it may have been a hit and run due to lack of skid marks and other evidence. Dan doesn't know what happened - he was on his KLR 650 and was wearing his helmet.

Dan was off, went to a bike show in Quakertown, and was coming back on Rt. 309, which merges with Rt. 78 outside of Allentown. Sounds like he came to a stop near the exit (it can get backed up with traffic) and someone hit him, maybe from behind, maybe a sideswipe. This would have been between 5-545 PM, his wife was called by EMS a little after 6. Someone called 911 about a bike lying on Rt. 78, so far, nobody saw anything, which is, basically, crap.

He's still in ICU I believe and he's awake and pissed off. More on the sportbike forum I see him on...
