I've looked at all of the flowmaster mufflers and based on the description/sound clip/price I like the 40 series delta flow the best. The place I'm going to get the exhaust done is a dealer for flowmaster so I can talk to them about it. If the 40 won't work or sound right on the SVX, I'll go with the "milder on the outside, significantly quieter inside" 50series
 2.5in/2in x2 out $116.54  BTW, thanks for the quick responses and all the help on this. I think svxcess and svxfiles are the people to ask questions about exhaust.

Well, I love my Flowmaster 80, deep and throaty. I cant wait to replace the old cats with the high flow and get rid of the stock resonators.

So after checking out prices and different cats, mufflers, etc. I think this should be a good exhaust setup
2 inch piping into 2 Aero ar20 resonators into 2-1 magnaflow high flow cat 94007 dual 2in/single 2.5 out  into flowmaster 50series muffler 2.5"in/dual 2.25"out in stock location  with magnaflow tips  Any feedback on it would be good

Hi,
Is there an advantage to using the AR20 resonators instead of the 2" magnaflow precats? The precats cost a little less than the Aeros, and would be legal even by the strictest interpetation of law.

Instead of to AR20 resonators just use one. Both exhaust pipes straight into the high flow cat, then one resonator and the Flowmaster 50 or 80 at the end.
I think 80 series haves a deeper pitch than 50 series.
