Small oil leak, coming from front, drivers side

My Moms car has been leaking a slight amount of oil, and it seems to be coming from the left front side of the engine. I think thats where the oil pump is, and it could be that seal. My question lies in the fact that the labor to replace any seal that may need it would be great, and is there anything that might be leaking there that would be a major, or even moderate, issue. Her car only has about 52K miles. If we did take all the belts and such off to replace which ever seal it is, i think we would replace the timing belt, drive belts (dried out a bit, should be replaced anyway)... anything else? how much do you think it would be?

The only other question I have, is we go to an independant mechanic who specializes in hondas, because A) I work/volunteer there, and B) seems to do honest, good work. He doesn't know a lot about subarus secifically, and I was wondering if for a job this big, I should go to a subaru master tech?

Is it fixed yet? Probably a leaky cam/crank seal. You should change all the seals, water pump timing belt and oil pump o-ring while you're there.

yeah, we did, i don't think we changed the oil pump, but water pump, t-belt, all 3 seals (the old ones were really hard) drive belts, and i think the oil pump seal... but now its all fixed and with new brake pads, the car drives absolutely perfectly...
