2003 video

I have made a short video of the 2003 meet. It is currently is SVCD format at 16:9 (widescreen) therefore it is best viewed on TV after being burned by Nero.

To get a copy, I have put it on Kazaa, titled 'Stratford 2003' with the keywords 'Subaru SVX'

All attendees can get a hard copy if they PM their address

If you know how to use FTP, you can put it on my FTP site at work:

hostname: hydra.vicorp.co.uk
username: andy
password: (your registration number)

I'll leave it there for a week so that others can download it.

If you encounter problems then ensure you are using passive-mode ftp (our firewall is sometimes a bit fussy about active mode).

Phil.

To find the file, you need to be on the same supernode, current settings:-

67.161.246.153:3511

Dubsndueces

192.168.1.10:7000

Great Video!

Thanks Andy!

It's now on my FTP server for anyone who wants it (see above). Still can't see it on KaZaA, even with the same supernode.

Nice bit of editing work - must have taken a while.

Doesn't seem to play on my Win2K PC, but plays fine on Linux with xmovie.

Phil.

It is in SVCD format so can be viewed with DVD software such as WinDVD, but is best burned onto a CD and viewed widescreen.

I will be doing a longer version soon but it will be over 100Mb so may be best sent by snail-mail to the participants.

Many thanks to Phil for hosting the vid

I've made the directory read-only now, so I can make the downloading a bit easier by publishing an URL containing the password without worrying about inappropriate content being uploaded to my server.

The file can be downloaded from here:

ftp://andy:42425@hydra.vicorp.co.uk/...ord%202003.mpg

Don't forget to try the "Use Passive FTP" option in Internet Explorer (Tools/Internet Options/Advanced) if you have problems.

Phil.
