I cannot test the seat cause its in my garage, and the door panels are off so I have been relying on the sunroof to tell me if there is juice, the relay is $30 and the breaker is $50, I think the breaker is ok but the relay goes crazy with clicking when its attached. Is my thinking reversed or do you guys think that the breaker is the problem, please help me... I want my car back.

if you think it's the relay, run down to radio shack or the local car parts and pick up a heavy duty 12V relay and give it a try. Subaru puts massive price tags on their relays but there's nothing magic abot them. Should be able to get one for about $5

Did you ever get this problem fixed? Mine just started doing the exact same thing tonight.

Yea, but now i think i have other problems...
I did get it fixed, there was like 15cups of water under the seat, when I dried them out, the connections corroded in half. I re-run a wire and used heat-shrink, the problem is solved. Hope this helps.
