I paid $450 for one in almost perfect condition. Be prepared to go deeper though. Once inside, I found the pinion shaft had a great deal of play, meaning bad bearings on the shaft, bad seal carrier, yada, yada......

Total tranny rebuild. Get it apart before you commit to a fix that may not fix.

found a 92 legacy 5 sp for 500$
might as well buy it and have the full swap done
