Power Steering Cooler Line Leak

'92 SVX - Orig. owner, 95k miles.

Have a power steering leak. Changed the infamous O ring which was not the problem. Found the leak in the cooler line in front of the radiator just before the u bend on the driver's side.

Does anyone have the part # and somewhere to order the part?
Or do I have to have one fab'd up?

Do I have to pull the radiator to replace this line? Looks that way but I hope there's a shortcut. Is there a how-to anywhere.
