All of the solenoids go to fail safe mode when there is no electricity. Solenoid "A" gives full line pressure and "C" gives full transfer pressure when there is no juice to them. As far as playing goes, I have tapped into the TCU leads for the line pressure voltage and have monitored the voltage to each while driving. With the voltage meter connected and resistor connected, the voltage modulates with the throttle position and when the car shifts. More throttle less line voltage. Take out the resistor and the line voltage is zero. Until the car warms up and then it is about one volt. I would really like someone else to see this. |
