stupid question but must ask

since Im putting the svx away and should disconnect the battery, how exactly would I go about doing this?

I'd think you'd want to have someone periodically start the car.

But some people say you should disconnect the battery.

You'd loosen the nuts at the posts on the battery and the cables will slide off. I think you'd wanna start with the positive side first

Make that the negative first! If you hit the body when loostening the positive you'll be in for a sparky surprise :O
