Unhappy Back from vacation

2240 miles, and we only saw one SVX. Ours.

While visiting with our sister and brother-in-law, we got to drive their 2000 Corvette convertible and 1998 911-2S. Now I'm thinking, "If you don't race these cars - even if it's just to autocross - what's the point?" Especially regarding the Porsche. The Corvette does most things well, but won't carry a whole basket of groceries (much less a flat tire), and the Porsche is just an oversized - and overpriced! - go-cart. (Uh, don't tell 'em I said that.)

All things considered, the time in Florida went well (it could have gone very badly, as I was carrying a large, pointy, kidney stone - got shed of that yesterday).

Now back to (ugh) work.

Steve

Steve, welcome back. Glad to hear that you had an "adventurous" time. Hope to see you soon.
