Too close to call, the sequel

Last night on my way home from Boise, I leave the freeway and turn left to head over a bridge to take my buddy home. Well, I turn and start heading over the bridge when I see headlights on the wrong side of the divider. This person in a Buick Century had taken the wrong side of the road and was heading the wrong direction in the wrong lane and I just happened to be there. Thankfully, this person didn't hit me, however I'm not too sure about the car that was starting up the overpass. Is it me or are drivers everywhere forgeting how to drive.
