Thumbs up Subaru F1 engine pic

Yes, it's flat. It has 12 cylinders, 3.5 litres and puts out about 580hp. It was very unreliable. Just wondering if what a detuned version in the SVX would do and how it would sound.

The car was a dog. The engine might have been more successful had they invested more time/money. I'm a big F1 fan and would have loved to see this combo in person.

Will you be at the USGP this year? I've had to miss it the past two years...

I'm going in 3 weeks to Montreal for the Canadian GP which I've done the last 10 years.

We're going to the USGP again this year for the 3rd time. You should really think about going. Indianapolis is not the same as Montreal but we still have an awesome time for the 3 days.

I'm not thinking about going - I'm going.

A coworker and I will be there all three days.

I'm saving (and dreaming) of going to Monaco for the GP. I've always wanted to do it. I will one day. Never miss a race. How about the other day? The thing with Micheal and Rubins? Bull I think. Rubins deserved 1st place. Great drive for the entire race.

I love Ferrari but, I hated to see them give away RB's win. I can see why they did it as I've been through '97, '98, '99 when they lost it at the last race so if this means winning the championship then I guess I'll take it. I'd love to go to Monaco too but from what I hear you won't see much of the race just the "scene" plus one Monaco equals about 3 trips to Montreal.

I was pissed at Ferrari at first, and then for about 12 hours or so. But I got over it. I think that if they made a mistake, it wasn't telling Rubens to let Michael by - it was not doing it far earlier in the race.

Everybody says Rubens won that race fair and square, but he and Michael were both taking it easy. So, given an actual race, nobody can say who would have won.

Speaking of Ferrari taking it easy - how disheartening is that for Williams and McLaren? Man, to be so far behind and know that your rivals are kicking back and taking it easy.
