SIGHTING -- Snellville, Georgia

Mmm, today was a good day in the world of Jason. I actually wasn't driving, which is a good change due to the fact that I have to travel to North Carolina tomorrow. At any rate, I got home from school and went directly to my friend's house. I hadn't eaten lunch yet, so I grabbed some food while we awaited for our friends to come by.

About twenty minutes or so later, everyone got here and we loaded up into my friends 1992 GMC Safari XLT. The funny thing about this van is the fact that he has one of those "TYPE-R" steering wheel covers, seat covers, and some chrome rims on his "pimpin'" van. The van itself is ... faded black. Best way I can describe it.

Anyway, digressing from the van itself, we started out by getting on Pate. From there we turned onto 124 and started to head in the direction of I-20. This road, unfortunately, has a lot of construction on the Snellville side. This, though, would prove to be a good thing, because if we weren't going slow I would have missed the car. Anyway, a little past the 124 and Bethany Church intersection I spotted a familiar looking vehicle. My eyes traveled from the tires to the door. I noticed the familiar liquid silver coloring, followed up by the unique window style. I started to say, "Hey.. Those windows are kinda fu... Hey, its another SVX!"

So anyway, I scared all the other passengers in my vehicle by shouting around about seeing another SVX. It was my belief that I had the only one in my immediate area. Anyway, if you're the owner of the silver SVX and you were on 124 going towards Snellville at roundabout 4:30... Hi.

Yeah man, my mom has a 1990 Chevorlet Astro XL or whatever they are. That van has so many miles on it too, I'm thinking somewhere in the 300k range. I think they stopped making them like that because the engines were outlasting the frame.
