Looking for email address in Subaru, Japan
Hello all,
does anybody knows some email address in Subaru, Japan for customers complaints? I wanna make official complaint about policy of some European dealers. As here in Europe ther is no company like in USA , Subaru of America is and representations in particular countries are independent. As for parts for SVXs, Europe prices are twice or more expensive than in states, it is unbelivable. Thanx Peter |

Peter,
I don't read Japanese, but Subaru's two main sites are: Subaru of Japan Fuji Heavy Industries There might be something on one of the sites that might list an e-mail or mailing address to send your complaint. Good luck! Chike

Most SVX parts are much more expensive here in Japan than the US, even though they are the same 'Made in Japan' part.

I know both sites but no way to find any email there. Just for smile, I have engine touble and the most reasonable way to solve it is to buy new shortblock (pn 10103AA360), price in states is 1800 USD, available within week, price in Europe is 4260USD!!!, available in month. So guys I am really p.... off of their policy. It would be intersting to know Japan price for this stuff. We all know that it is shame, although we spent a lot of money to keep our SVXs in good shape Subaru does not care. As my friends own some old BMWs, Mercedeses or Alfa Romeos I envy them strong support from manufacturer to keeping these cars alive. It seems Subaru did the best car they ever produced and than "forgot" about it...
