5-speed swap costs - yes, another question

I have read lots of posts about how much it's costing to get a shop to do an install. And I've read Hucks post, on up to the latest versions. And I've seen smallcar's kit and kit+components price.

But I can't find or remember one that gives a recent ball-park figure on what it costs for the transmission, clutch & plate, starter, differential, pedal assembly, etc. from the average salvage yard.

There seem to be none locally (I've called over 20 places), so I'm wondering if there's a preferred part of the US to source this from. I'm guessing somewhere along the norther tier. There aren't many Subarus in FLA when compared to other brands.

I'm not quite ready to buy (my auto tranny is working OK now), but might if the price was really good - anybody got a set laying about clogging garage space they would like to reclaim?

If I can't get what I need from a member, anybody know a yard that would collect the parts I need, sell at a reasonable price, and ship to FLA (do I need a business delivery address for this kinda stuff?)?
