i experienced this as well, last night when i was driving my car back, it kept getting snagged on something i didn't know what it was... i had to keep adjusting my foot so that i could actually push the pedal

again i am wearing dress shoes

I just noticed that the right toe of my black dress shoes is sort of beat up... i wonder if this is why?
