I would support this... "FIA Vision" or something... maybe if they came up with some creative ways to do it too... Like split screen... Cover two battles at the same time... Say one between The Ferrari's and Mercedes and another between BWM's and Honda's... kinda like a Picture in Picture TV...

I think the TV coverage has been very good this year. This was the one glaring exception in my mind, but otherwise throughout the season we've seen battles further down the order covered very well.

Anyway, as I understand it, the FIA has little to do with F1 TV rights. Doesn't FOM (cough, Bernie, cough) control those rights?

Formula One Management, run by Bernie Ecclestone. The man has a ridiculous personal fortune. He basically controls the TV rights to F1, and therefore has a lot of influence over the sport.

McLaren finally wins, but M.S. clinches Championship

I guess the subject says it all....excepting for the incredible number of accidents, tire failures...only half the field still running at the end.

And of course, Kimi still needs to work on his interview technique.

Spa

One of the most entertaining races of recent memory; it seemed to have a bit of everything. But Lee, Kimi actually smiled...SMILED!

Has Kimi and McLaren finally arrived, or was it the wet weather setup that kept Michael all the way down in 2nd (!) place?

Juan Pablo passed Michael (!) just to lose a tire...the Saubers did well (1) ...and Rubens comes from last to 3rd (!).

...and Michael wins his 7th championship. Unreal.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.
