Question Door lock debug

Hi all,

The day before I bought my SVX the door lock were working. A couple days later, all I hear is a click sound (the relay called timer under dash passenger).

I removed the trim panel and saw that I got 12v at the actuator when the door lock/unlock button is pressed.

I tried unplugging the left actuator and the right one did not work. I did the same for right actuator, and no luck.

I removed the passenger actuator and put directly 12v across it. It did a spark but did not move.

Could both actuators be broken at the same time in a couple of days!?! How can I just open the actuator without breaking it?

Thanks
