Wheel Bearing Help.....
Does anyone have a guide or procedure or any type of help to remove and replace the front wheel bearings???

I bought the bearings, inner seals and outer seals from subaruparts.com., removed the shipping grease completely and then tightly repacked them myself with the synthetic grease before I took them to my mechanic for installation. I wanted to make sure that important step gets done right.

since i have never heard of any one needing to replace the front bearings why do you think you need to?
keep in mind this is a 5.2 hour job which is 2 more hours then the rear wheel bearings all data write up: TOOLs REQUIRED 28099PA080 Hub Stand 28099PA040 Hub Remover "FRONT" 28099PA010 Housing Stand "FRONT" 28099PA000 Bearing Installer "FRONT" 28099PA030 Oil Seal Installer "FRONT" 28099PA020 Hub Installer "FRONT" NOTE: Housing must be removed prior to service. DISASSEMBLE Using hub stand, support housing and hub assy securely. Attach hub remover "FRONT" to housing and drive hub completely out. If inner bearing race remains in the hub, remove it with a suitable tool (commercially available). Be careful not to scratch polished area of hub. Be sure to install inner race on the side of outer race from which it was removed. Remove disc cover from housing. Using a standard screwdriver, remove outer and inner oil seals. Do not use old oil seals. Using pliers, remove snap ring. Using housing stand "FRONT", support housing securely. Using bearing installer "FRONT", press inner race to drive out outer bearing. Do not remove outer race unless it is faulty. Discard outer race after removal. Do not replace inner or outer race separately; always replace as a unit Loosen bolts which secure tone wheel to hub. Remove tone wheel. Using hub stand and a hydraulic press, drive hub bolts out. Be careful not to hammer hub bolts. This may deform hub. INSPECTION Check the removed parts for wear and damage. If defective, replace with a new one. If a bearing is faulty, replace it as the bearing set. Be sure to replace oil seal at every overhaul. ASSEMBLE Attach hub completely to hub stand securely. Using a hydraulic press, press new hub bolts into place. Use 12 mm (0.47 inch) dia. holes in HUB STAND to prevent bolts from tilting. Be sure to press hub bolts until their seating surfaces contact the hub. Remove foreign particles (dust, rust, etc.) from mating surfaces of hub and tone wheel, and install tone wheel to hub. Ensure tone wheel closely contacts hub. Be careful not to damage tone wheel teeth. Clean dust or foreign particles from inside the housing. Using housing stand and bearing installer "FRONT", press a new bearing into place. Always press outer race when installing bearing. Be careful not to remove plastic lock from inner race when installing bearing. Charge bearing with new grease when outer race is not removed. Install snap ring in its groove. Make sure to install it firmly to groove. Using oil seal installer "FRONT", press inner oil seal until it contacts circlip. Turn upper side of housing stand, housing and front seal installer down. Using oil seal installer "FRONT", press outer oil seal until it contacts the bottom of housing. Apply sufficient grease to oil seal lip. Specified grease: SHELL 6459N If specified grease is not available, remove bearing grease and apply Auto Rex A instead. Do not mix different types of grease. Install disc cover to housing the three bolts. Attach hub completely to hub stand securely. Clean dust or foreign particles from the polished surface of hub. Using hub installer "FRONT", press bearing into hub by driving inner race.
