A little explanation can go a long way, especially if you are trying to gain members' trust so you can make some sales. A lot of people here have been scammed out of a lot of money in the past.

You can understand why people would question why you say "I'm back" when you have a brand new user name here and on ebay with no explanation other than one buried in a different thread. Looks suspicious.
