****UPDATE****
Went to see him today after work. He did get moved out of the trauma unit and is in a regular room. He says that he thinks that he will be moved to another hospital that has a rehab place in it to help him get moving again. He said he has been walking a little bit so that is good! Today while I was there they took him for an MRI so I had to get out of there but I did get to visit for about 30 minutes. Found out that his upper arm is broken too. No cast on that just a sling. He is extremely bored and restless and he says the food sucks.  Can't say I blame him that is not a fun place to be.More updates as I can....I think Dave is going to make a visit this weekend too! Keep up the thoughts and prayers for him and his family!

Talked to Ben about an hour ago....They moved him out of the hospital and to a rehab place to start working with him to get back on his feet! This is great news! Hope to see him at some point this weekend but the weather might have other things in mind. See what happens I guess.

Just spoke with him, and he's getting settled at the rehab hospital. He says there are too many old people though. :-)
He's already scouring ebay for a replacement bike.

First of all I don't think I could fit on one of those Billy Boy Condoms as I'm simply too swollen to get it around my lower 1/2. Still tied to a pee bag with a torn urethra. Won't get back to the uinaligist until Thursday regarding that. I'm move around a bit but I was torn open so far I could have fit triplets trhough there (at the same time that is) before the screwed me back together.. Still black and blue on the arms and from the waste down I'm simply purple. Showing some of those lovely WV perqrlies off to the ladies here at the rehab place. All and all still in decent spirits but simply lost the little threads of faith in a moral foundation of socieity. My hope is to be home be next weekend or early the week after but I have a solid months of future until I'm healed eneough to take the stairs.
