Front LSD
Has anybody installed a front LSD in their manual converted svx or other car. In my search to tame understeer reports from the wrx owners seem to point to a front LSD being a great addition and helping to tame power on understeer.

Re: Front LSD
6 speed has front lsd, it does help, but understeer is still a problem sometimes, No DCCD controller yet so that may help eliminate it when I get one.

Re: Front LSD
Understeer was never completely eliminated by DCCD in my STi. I think they chopped a big chunk out of it with the introduction of pillowball joint lower control arms in later STi's. That might be another place to look for relief.

Re: Front LSD
I was speaking mainly of 5 speeds, sorry for not specifying. I have looked a little at suspension design and bushings but mine seem to be in good condition for now. My next move is konis/gc possibly with new top hats and definitely a rear sway bar.
