I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

The neck on my driverside is stuck and its about to snap off, any suggestions? Maybe oiling it will loosen it?

This works great and does not take a lot of time.
Disconnect the wire for the light it causes problems anyway. Remove the wire and forget about it. You'r not going to use the light at night because it will blind you anyway and you can see to drive if your blind.
Pull the visor off the shaft and remove loose palstic shavings.
Then wrap the shaft with teflon tape as much as you think will work and kram the visor back ontheshaft. Works great. The teflon tape does not melt in the sun.

I have a drivers side Tan Visor for $40OBO, and a passenger side Grey Visor for $40OBO. If anyone wants one, and can pay immediately via PayPal, I'll cut you a big break on the price. I need money bad.
