New Seals and Gaskets

I am doing a 5 speed swap and would like to change the seals in the transmission and rear differential while I have everything taken apart.

I have a 94 Legacy 5spd MT and the 4:11 rear differential to swap the LSD. What are the part numbers for the transmission rear seal and the two side axle seals? Also what are the part numbers on the front rear differential seal and two side seals?

What are the part numbers for the exhaust front coupling gaskets (cat to manifolds) and the single gasket after the second cat?

Anything I should change under the car while I have it torn down?
