Bobby, I had the SAME problem. Shimmed the PS pulley and all is well. The phenolic spacers are keeping the identical angle of my setup, it hasn't thrown anything off. I will try and ship some out to you... Just had a little bit of it pull in under the blower... let me try and figure this out.

how much did you shim the ps pulley?

Manifold is off awaiting the gasket material and I have to tap 2 new holes for the TB. The methanol is all set and hooked up and just awaiting the reassembly of the motor.

You don't thing this belt problem is from the load of the belt under full boost, pulling the front of the blower down, crushing the three layers of gaskets that support it.
There's a lot of leverage out there.

I think it needs a support under the front of the blower snout, down to the alt, air con mount, on the engine. something with a threaded adjustment to accommodate the varying gasket thickness. Could be why it slips under boost.

I dont really think so. After seeing the car on the dyno I didnt notice any movement in that fashion at all. Check your PM box too btw...
