loose wires...any ideas where this goes?

I just got back from the gas stations and i bumped the inside cover for the fuse box with my left foot and it fell off.
I went to put it back on but i paused...i saw a few wires below the box and saw one blue wire just chillin all alone..any ideas about this or naw?
I took 2 photos with my cell phone...Anyhelp would be appreciated.

They are the plugs and pins to do the diagnostic codes. They and usually under the trim.

Re: loose wires...any ideas where this goes?

Those blue wires only get plugged in if you are trying to read the diagnostic codes for the engine.
