Talking oil seapege

ok well im getting oil runnig down my valve cover on my driver side, it looks to be coming from the the spark plug holes, i looked at the one closest to the belt and it was almost finger tight.... would loose plugs cause oil to come out and would it hurt my performance and idle??

No, and probably.

I failed to properly torque a spark plug on my old Legacy once; it seemed to run fine, but the racket it started making as it backed-out soon informed me of the oversight. (I thought something had broken in the valvetrain.) Several loose plugs would certainly make the car run badly.
