Crank Pully WONT come Loose
Im refreshing a low mileage engine I just bought and everything was going smoothly until.....i had to remove the crank pulley. Its on a hoist right now so the starter trick wont work. Ive torn a nylon strap wrench, broken a rubber wrench and bent 2 cheap stanly 1 inch extensions for 1/2 inch drive. Im thinking I need to get something like this chain lock...Im not even sure what else to try anymore. I had a breaker bar on my strap wrench and my socket and nothing is working. I even tried heating it with a torch. This is pissing me off to no end....if someone has any suggestions id like to hear em. the subaru tool seems to be discontinued and I would like this done by the end of the week or else I would have ordered it.

yeah just got it off with an 750 ft/lb impact gun and a buddies 24 inch snap-on breaker bar/strap wrench......what a PITA
