Chiketkd - camber settings
From a while back the settings for the 18s 8s 35 offset fronts and 9s 40 offset rears - fitted to my cars, I found the print out from the wheel guy..for what he set my last car too..
Front Total toe > +1.1mm [0.6mm left and right] was -0.6mm total Camber > left -00.94 right -00.64 was ..no change Castor > left +04.59 left +4.04 was no change Rear Total Toe > stock was -1.0mm ..after +2.44mm [1.2mm L and R] Camber > stock was L -00.80 R -00.90 after ... L -01.94 R - 01.87 Hope this helps dave

Friend of mine, just joking, suggested we roll the fenders in the back to keep my tires from rubbing. I knew he was joking, and I still nearly slapped him. There is simply no way in hell I'm even going to attempt to modify a body panel like that on a car this rare. Sure, the musclecar guys do it all the time. Their cars aren't made outta plastic, either...
In any case, I'll be selling my wheels soon. They're the 17x8 [+35mm] Enkeis off the Lancer Evo VIII. I absolutely love the way they look [very much like the Enkei RS-6, but cleaner] and the fact that they weigh about 3kg each, but they simply don't fit the car. I hope the previous owner didn't pay the $600 each that Mitsubishi asks for 'em... |
