temp. controled brake light

Does anyone have this problem or a solution to it? Winter is here and if the temp. is lower than 60 deg. the brake indicator on my dash stays on. Checked brakes for binding but wheels spin freely, brake fluids are fine. Must be those pesky svx gremlins that seem to pop up after a repair.........

The emergency brake or the other brake light? Or the ABS light? My E-brake light used to stay on, turns out the brake was sticking.

Take the cap off of the master cylinder and then put the cap back on.
