Audi Rosemeyer
The Audi Rosemeyer, with sixteen glorious cylinders, five valves each, equaling eight litres. It pumps out 630 horsepower and 561 foot-pounds of torque and peaks at 217.5 miles per hour with a six-speed manual transmission.
It's mid engine with two seats. The body is entirely aluminum. No review mirrors. Instead there are video cameras on the roof with monitors in the cockpit. I'm not sure about the nose on the Rosemeyer, but I love the rear. I like Audi TTs, but they come up short. They need more luxury, more power, better handling, and better quality. The Rosemeyer has that German engineering with the British finesse you find with Jaguar, who has been making aluminum-bodied cars for years. And it's all-wheel-drive.         The Lotus Esprit and Acura NSX are both great looking cars. The Bugatti EB 112 is pretty darn okay, but I've never seen an Italian car I wouldn't trade for something else. I'm surprised there have been no mentions of the Ford GT [40] yet.
