Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fuse does nothing when the car isn't running.

You could pull the driveshaft??

OK, I got one in MI

You drive here from CT in about 15 hours, tow it down to Jesse and drive it back here (anothe 15 hours) and then drive home (another 15 hours).

Diesel is cheap. You know how to drive stick?

Todd

(facetious offer by the way, just having fun Adam)

Have you tried budget? They'll rent trucks and trailers and they are usually the cheapest rental company out there.

Easy killer, I have a trailer at the garage, I'v just never towed "anything" before, not even behind a garden tracter.

I mean I'v moved trailers around the property before and I can swing the flat bed and motorhomes like nobodys business, i'v just never towed anything down the road before.

I could use the trailer from work but I would still need a good truck to tow it with. I think taking my bosses F-350 is out of the question, and I could use the 87 Chevy C-2500 but keeping that thing on the road without a trailer is hard enough. My best bet is to see if my mom will let me use her 01 Chevy 1500, it is already set up with a brake controller and torsion hitch so it would work well.

Anyway I ask Roger about it today and he almost seemed excited about taking a trip to N.H. with me to go get your car. So don't sweat it, I think I got it covered.

Would you object to me towing the car down here first and then maybe getting a ride from a "good" freind the next weekend to finnish the install and take the car home? I know I said it would not be a prob. to do in one day, but with all the towing it would be nice to have a little extra time with the car to make sure everthing goes right.

wow, good work dude, thanks!

basically anything it takes to get the car down there cheaply and easily is fine by me. and i agree, having more than just one day is probably a good idea.. however i'd like to have my hands in as much of the install as possible, so who knows, maybe i could come down a couple times or something. but yeah, the simple fact that when it's done, it'll be highway-worthy means that it only needs to be towed in one direction..

heh, and if you guys want to stick around for a night, i'll show you a halfway decent time in keene

What exactly is entailed with a halfway decent time in keene? A trip to the dairy queen to watch the locals cruise by in thier ford rustangs? Just kidding adam! I was down in no where land Texas one year and that was actually the highlight of the evening, watching the Camaro and rustangs drive in circles. Thank god I live in the Northeast.
