after my car got hydrolocked and they totaled it.......
i bought it back and they told me it would have a salvaged title. i got it fixed for about $1500 and the car is like it was before the piston destroyed the block.
so really it just depends on the reason it was salvaged.

In the picture the car seems to have NY plates, yet the caption says "Fly into Houston & drive it home."

Those look like Texas plates, notice the red texas image in the middle.

Nope, its Texas plates... you can tell on the close up. I agree that the plates look amazingly similar, but its definately Texas Plates.
