Electrical gremlins

Maybe someone can solve this mystery for me. I have an electrical problem that causes the horn to not work, the blower motor in the interior does not turn on regardless of temp or fan speed or clirculation setting and the shift lock does not disengage when I step on the brake with ignition on. They are all related to the same issue so I am trying to figure out if there is a ground or relay or fuse that these all have in common.

I had stripped my interior to do a sound deadening install and sound system. Everything was out of my interior and these issues arose after a large temperature drop but there is not any other changes that were made

Check fuse 18 down by the foot area - bottom row in the middle.

Fuse 18 is good. Is there Any step by step instructions someone can give me to figure out what is wrong with my horn. I believe it will lead me in the right direction. The horn will not sound when I arm the alarm or when I press on the horn switch on the steering wheel.

OK so a sudden update that may help. We had some rain today and when I got into my car the shift lock or what actually appears to be the brake switch activated after almost a week of not working. So I turn my car on and the horn was working again as well. So I tested the blower motor in the cabin while my door was still open. Blower motor did not turn on with my fan speed set to high. As soon as I slammed my door shut the blower motor began working as well.

Now after about 8 hours of sitting everything works like normal except the blower is not running when selected

I'm not sure how the blower motor is related to the door closing but any ideas are appreciated
