headlight teardown

Ok I have searched high and low, and cant seem to find any tear down information but seen several postings about it being done.

I am looking for info on how to pull the reflectors and projector out and redoing/maybe even retrofitting a D2S HID bi-xenon.

Very simple, remove all 6-7 outer clips that hold the headlight chassis from the front outer lens, then cook the headlight in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200deg, pull the outer lens from the chassis. Then keep turning both rear screws (that control the elevation/direction of the inner lens) until they pop from the chassis. There will still be a ball clip inside that you have to deal with and the rest is easy.

What I was trying to find was how to pull the reflector and what Silver just described the adjuster screws.
I did manage to get it but that ball clip gave me lots of trouble it would not pop, I ended up pushing it off with a long screw driver from the projector hole in the back.
