how to remove the dash panel under steering wheel

what do i have to do to remove this panel?

Pull the mirror switch, park light switch, coin tray out and unplug them. Pull the summer/winter switch, and light out from under the unit. There may be a screw behind the coin tray, remove it. There are two plastic clips on each side, pull the cover down to unclip them, then pull the cover towards you to slide out of the guides.

i got it out. there are 2 screws holding it one behind where you said and the other behind the ob2 connector on my 97.
i having a problem i am trying to fix my car the all my turn signasl dont work and my car won't shift out of park.. do you know where the turn signal flasher relay is on our cars?
