Need some Sub Information

O.k I am getting my Sub and Amp and wanting to compile a How-To on an install, but I am still wondering on where to run the power wire, if anyone has a picture of where they ran it I'd love to know ^^

I ran mine through the hole on the passenger side where the evaporator hose goes through.

The other area you can run it through is where the pedals are drilled through the firewall

There was a 1/2" hole kind-of down and to the left of the brake reservoir(looking from the engine bay into the car).

And the power wire ran along the firewall(now inside of the car) and down next to your left foot kick panel.

Then it was underneath the white plastic brake line protector piece. (I think its the brake lines??)

The power, and remote wire went through there for my setup.

I think this will be my best route going out there now to attempt this ^^

I forgot to add that once it's passed the white protective piece, it just went underneath the back seat and into the trunk.

I'm sure if you wanted it to be better looking you could run it up through the trunk liner and have it drop down through one of the speaker holes, or the Security Module hole.

i ran mine through the driver fender, into a grommet that has a yellow covered wire going into it, then it comes out behind the kick panel and run it underneath the carpet straight back.

Pretty much any SVX you see will have split speaker grilles. It's just one of those things

little late, but for reference

here is where I found to be the most direct route for running a pair of 4ga wires to the rear of the svx.
1: running power out thru the fender
2: inner fender side pic (other side of batt)
3: going thru rubber boot into drivers kick panel
4: wires inside car by factory fuse box, go to fuse block w/ 2 4ga in and 4 8ga out w/ 4 60 amp fuses (running 2000W RMS between 2 amps)
5: going back to truck under rear seat pivot
