Car is being Sold, Parting but not leaving

I am selling my obsession, my passion, my steed.
She is a fickle mistress who I dearly love, but she is a high maintenance girl as well. I am selling her with the stock wheels, for a 1986 300zx, both equally viable and suitable cars, neither a perfect automobile. However, I choose the Z for its abundance of parts, cheap cost, indestructibility, and because I need a 5 speed. For this car and some cash, I will give up my SVX...

I shall remain as a relic, those who have loved and lost, only to find a new love. I shall contribute and learn while I save for a new incarnation of my beloved...

I shall always love you, my dear Alcyone.

Taken from my other thread:

I see your points, but I plan on leaving the country relatively shortly, and I can not keep up with the maintenance on the SVX. The Z is cheaper to insure, equally fun (nitrous with a 5 speed versus a 4.44 N/A SVX) and is less prone to breakage.

I am not sure... the SVX will need my undivided attention and care, while I can simply drive the Z.

I think I will take the deal. I hope to return to the land of the Alcyone club, perhaps buy one when I am in Japan

I will definately linger and will try to get another in a couple of years. As the FAQ says it is not a college student vehicle, although Greenmarine would disagree, but I digress. I shall make the proper calls, hey I may even buy the car back from the guy in a few years...

But I would really rather have a cheap car and save up for my dream:
the new P4/5,
just kidding,
a 6speed, black SVX, with STI brembos, and a stage three kit. (When I get out of college, I promise)
