Anyone familiar with Javascript?

I'm looking to write a script for a webpage that will do the following:

Person (X) loads webpage
Script determines time of day (T) (can be based on X's settings)
If T is between 06:01 and 18:00, X sees image D
If T is between 18:01 and 06:00, X sees image N
