For those who believe in curses - one major sports "curse" has already been broken this season, so now anything goes.

For those who don't - as I have said many times before, it doesn't matter who they play this weekend, it's up to the Eagles and the Eagles alone. If they show up this weekend, like last weekend, no team can stop them. Also, my feeling is that if they do win this weekend, then Pitt doesn't stand a change in the big game. Note that I said Pitt in the big game because they WILL be there.

I agree with the first part....the Sox rule!!

About the 2nd......it's guys like you who eat their words come Sunday. Let's see.....2 Super Bowl titles in 3 years, 21 wins in a row, scored first in 20+ games in a row, and last week, when all the doubters were out, they held the 5th highest scoring team in NFL history, yes, that's IN NFL HISTORY, to 3 points without 2 out of their 3 Pro Bowlers from last year. Yeah...good call, let's write the Patriots off right now since they must sukkk.

That's all for now....I will state my case Sunday night around 10 pm after I am done celebrating another AFC title.

unfortunately, the Patsies offense won't see the field much on Sunday, just like last time.

How good do you think the Steelers would have done in the first game had they not had either the Short Bus or Duece?? Take them both out Sunday and let us have Dillon, who, by the way, led the NFL in rushing yards per game, and we will see just how much your offense stays on the field.

You guys beat the pass only Patriots on Halloween, now you get to face the real team, less a pro bowl cornerback of course.

***and don't try to say that the Steelers weren't lucky Saturday...they should have lost, and had that been Vinatieri kicking those 2 field goals, you would have lost by 6.

I am not taking anything away from the Steelers, you guys have a great team, but just not good enough. If we play like we are capable of playing the Steelers and their fans will get to watch us beat the Eagles in Jacksonville.

tidbit of info: Belichick is 13-0 against quarterbacks he has faced a second time in the same season.

May the best team win though.....

take out the Bus AND Duce - Verron Haynes will run all over j00 - we have depth. when our offensive live splits the Patsies D wide open, my grandfather could have a 100 yard day.

How badly do the Steeler's have to beat the Patriot's before fans will learn?! Face it, they lost and lost bad. On top of that, they will lose again barring a huge screwup day for the Steelers...and your luck is out on that one, because they had their bad day last Saturday.

Also, there is no reason on earth to believe that the Patriots could beat the Eagles. It couldn't be more of a lopsided match. Pitt vs. Philly however, will be much more interesting.

It just means you are WAY too superstitious. No one should be unhappy about the way the Eagles played. They proved that they were every bit the equal of the Patriots. I'm very happy with this season, and i'm even happier knowing that this is not a once and done thing. There will be many more great seasons to come.
