I can get you in touch with the people you need to talk to. Assuming you have a "new" Subaru remanufactured transmission, these things should be taken care of under warranty. If your transmission was rebuilt by the dealer it can be more complicated.

Also consider threatening with the usual, Better Business Bureau, local TV station consumer advocate and the like.
