Teal SVX on 83 North

On my way home from working in Baltimore, MD. Heading North on RT 83; I drove by a teal SVX sitting on the side of the road with the rear passenger wheel off. I slowed down to see if the owner needed help; but nobody in sight. I suppose it was a flat tire situation and the owner took the rim to get new shoes.

Was heading north on 83 just outside of Baltimore near exit 20A . 3/12/2019
Any chance it was anyone on this forum?
