Semi vs Smart Car (Warning!!! Graphic Images!)
Ok, first and formost, there are graphic images below. I'm warning you now. Don't scroll down if you have eaten recently, plan to eat again in the upcoming days, or have a generally weak stomach.
Granted, no car would fare well in a head on collision with a semi, but there are simply no room for crumble zones in the car, your legs are the first line of defense in the event of an accident.

At least he didn't suffer, injuries like that would be instantaneous death. Perhaps in that regard driving a micro-car is better than a land-yacht. A hummer driver might have survived, at least for a while, with really bad injuries.

An impact like that is more than likely going to kill you by destruction of your internal organs. Even if the passenger compartment was still intact, he would've been a mess.

True. Probably nearly 120 MPH of acceleration almost instantly. Not much will make it through that.

I looked up what the car was origionally...those things are kind of cool. I'm not so sure about the crash protection but cool nonetheless.
