Nice XT6 in Washington

This one almost had me calling my sister in Seattle until I noticed it's not 4WD. Great condition with low miles!

I miss my XT Turbo. That thing would go anywhere, now I scrape in my driveway. I need a Frankenwedge.

I agree. Plus the XT6 only came with an Auto and no locking rear, so the search is still on for a 5speed XT Turbo 4WD. I'd love to find one with that odometer though.

I guess I'm just feeling nostalgic as I haven't replaced an axle in a couple of years. The full time 4WD ate them like candy.

Funny you should mention that. I had a 86 GL wagon 4wd and it ate the pass side axles!! The exhaust manifold was like 1 milimeter away from the inner joint it so I think it just melted the boot!!

wrong, the xt-6 is very common in 5-speed however there was no five speed fwd, all the manuals were four wheel drive. also it was available with a clutch style lsd for the rear but it was a $800 option, so they are sum what rare.
I miss my xt6, selling it was one of the dumbest things i have done.

I stand corrected. Thanks for the info, I'd been fed a line by some schmuck selling his auto XT6 a couple years ago, and have been repeating his lies ever since. Mine was a XT Turbo GL-10 with all the trimmings. A great ride on or off road, but too many jumps in the dunes turned the air suspension into a back breaking no suspension. The plus side of it was that having only 2in of clearance, skinny 13in rims, and the stiffest ride on the planet made me a very good drifter. That was the funnest car I've ever owned. I'll have another someday... After all; an Alcyone by any other name still makes me feel the same.

Yeah, that guy is dreaming.
I've seen several people trying to sell XT/XT6's for exorbitant amounts.
Even if the market wasnt the way it is right now, they would never get that price.
But, time to show off!

I won my class at last years WCSS10.
And I converted a 3.9 rear diff to a LSD

OK, how much for yours?

I've been looking at these for sale for a week. I'd love to get an older daily driver, and take some of the load off the SVX. Besides, I haven't been on a real trail in like nine months, so I'm getting restless. My buddy says I need a truck. Ha.

Fair enough...

Besides I'd just take it out on a rally road and beat the snot out of it. Your car deserves better. Very nice work.
